TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. Using this website indicates you accept these Terms and Conditions.  If you do not accept it do not use this site.  We may change our Terms and Conditions from time to time so you should please review regularly.  The use of this site indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions existing at that time.

 

1. About Us

 

London Holiday Studios is a website trading under I London Properties Ltd, a private company registered in England and Wales under Registration Number 10873556.

 

London Holiday Studios has been established to provide a selection of quality furnished short and long stay apartments and related property services, as well as tourist information and services to a worldwide client base.

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to short lets and are stated under each property advertised on the website. Longer lets are subject to specific contract and length of rental.

 

Terms and Conditions vary between apartment providers and guests will be provided with the applicable Terms and Conditions on requesting a booking.

 

2. Website content, images and geographic locations

 

All and every text content, images and videos on this website are copyright of I London Properties Ltd. All rights reserved and no content should not be copied, reproduced or used by any third parties.

 

All graphics and images for any properties on this website are illustrative and although it shows examples of the properties they do not necessarily correspond to the exact properties that a booking will be allocated, but similar features and the same standard. The images are for guidance purposes only, as apartments vary in decor and layout, with studios also showing 1 beroom images for the same property with illustrative purposes only. London Holiday Studios is not responsible for any changes on bookings allocated in different apartments by any providers due to any reasons.

All geographic locations for properties shown on any maps on this website are approximate only and do not necessarily show the exact geographic coordination of the properties.

 

 

3. Prices/Rates

 

All rates are inclusive of VAT.  All rates are per apartment.

 

All payments must be made in Pound Sterling.  If paying by bank transfer or any other online secure payment system you are responsible for all charges incurred in making a payment to us.

 

Rates are based on nightly and/or weekly stay however cost of apartments can be calculated on a pro-rata basis for shorter or longer stays.

 

4. Deposits and payment

 

Guests are required to pay a deposit on making a booking for an apartment, unless otherwise specified by the provider terms and conditions.  The deposit will vary depending on the reservation.  The balance is payable no later than upon arrival, according to the provider forms of payment available.

 

An additional security deposit may be required for some properties for protection against damage to the property and/or its contents and to cover telephone charges or any other extra charges.  Security deposits, if applicable, will be taken by the Apartment Provider on arrival, usually with a credit card imprint. Some apartment providers charge an administration fee. Please see property terms and conditions.

 

5. Privacy Policy

 

 We may collect, store and use the following (though not exclusively) kinds of information in processing your booking: your name, address and credit card details.  You agree that we can disclose such information to third parties if required in order to complete your booking.  We may disclose information about you to our employees, officers, agents or suppliers insofar as reasonably necessary for the purpose of processing your booking and except as provided in this privacy policy, we will not provide your information to third parties.  We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

 

6. Check-in/check-out times

 

 Check-in and check out times varies according to each property, described on its specific terms and conditions.  If guests require an earlier check-in or later check-out time please enquire at time of booking.

 

7. Key collection

 

 While some properties have a reception not all offer this facility.  Guests will be advised on completion of booking about key collection during and out of office hours.

 

8. Booking confirmations

 

Bookings cannot be guaranteed until payment of deposit, unless otherwise stated by the property terms and conditions.  On receipt of deposit, a booking confirmation is emailed to the guest.  It is the responsibility of the guest to inform us if the booking confirmation is not received within 24 hours of payment of deposit.

 

9. Cancellations/amendments

 

 You must inform us by email if you wish to cancel your booking.  Cancellations made directly with apartment providers will not be effective.  Cancellation fees will vary according to how much notice is given.  Although we will try to accommodate the guest in any amendments to the booking, once a booking is confirmed we cannot guarantee that requests for changes in the booking can be satisfied.  And it’s subject to availability, amendments and will incur an alteration fee of £15 per booking.

 

10. Price guarantee

 

 If you find a lower rate on another website within 24 hours of booking for the same dates and property, please contact us and we will try to match the same price.  You will be asked to supply name, dates of stay, vacation rental name and type, price quoted (in Pound Sterling) and the URL address of the website reflecting the lower price.  After confirmation, London Holiday Studios will try and match the same price.  This applies to all properties with our Price Guarantee logo.

 

11. Group bookings

 

 The following additional terms apply for groups of 10 or more people.

 

A full list of guest names must be received 30 days before check-in.  No changes to the number of guests will be accepted 14 days or less before check-in and cancellation charges will be levied.

 

12. Number of guests

 

 The number of guests using the apartment must not exceed the maximum number of guests stated on the booking form.  We reserve the right to ask the guest to leave if this condition is broken and cancellation charges may be levied.

 

13. Liability/indemnity

 

 We act as an agent and not as a principal for the apartments.  Although we will do our best to ensure our guests are satisfied with the accommodation we accept no responsibility for dissatisfaction with apartments.  In the unlikely event that the apartment owner cannot provide the booked accommodation, it is the apartment owner’s responsibility to find an alternative of at least a similar standard and provide transportation as appropriate. We accept no liability in respect of any costs involved in finding alternative accommodation.

 

We make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the website or the content on it, including but not limited to, any text, graphics, advertisements, links or other item.

 

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations and duties under these terms and conditions which results from circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, industrial action, war, fire, threat of terrorism, civil disturbance or rioting, government or regulatory action, closure of airports or ports or any unavoidable event beyond our control. 

 

14. Customer Misbehaviour

 

 Any breakages or damage caused in a property as a result of the guest’s misbehaviour, irresponsibility or carelessness will be charged to the guest.  If the guests engage in behaviour causing danger to themselves or other persons or property, then he or she will be asked to leave the property and the booking will be terminated.  In such case the guest shall free London Holiday Studios from any liabilities, incidental cost or responsibility arising out of any breach of this condition and the guest will not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement or compensation.  Furthermore, the guest will be liable to reimburse us for any expenses we incur as a result of such termination.
