    London Holiday Studios takes the privacy of our customers’ data very seriously. Please read the following privacy statement which outlines how your information is used during the business transaction.

    To complete your booking we securely transfer your details via fax or secured email to the reservations department of the London apartment you have selected.

    Once the booking is complete and a confirmation email or fax has been received by the reservations departmen, we delete your credit card details from the system. We retain all other details that have been provided by you in case of amendments and cancellations to your booking; also for our records.

    We do not rent, trade or sell your information to third parties.

    By disclosing your personal information to us you are consenting to the collection, storage and processing of that information set out by LondonHolidayStudios.com which is outlined in this Privacy Policy statement.

    We are committed to respecting your privacy so no personal details are taken from you when browsing our website or any of our subsidiaries. Only when you have decided to book with us will your details be used to secure your booking and our customer care.

    Security Policy

    The security of our customers details is of the utmost importance to us that is why any sensitive details like your credit card number are encrypted ensuring the safe transfer of details during the booking process.

    The information we collect 

    During the booking process we must collect data about you like your name, general contact details and credit card details to secure your booking. When using our email support forms via the website we will use your details (name and email) to contact you and process your request.

    How we use your information

    Once you have submitted a request or booked online we use your information in the following ways:

    To complete your London Holiday apartment reservation
    To verify your details
    To ensure quality customer service when contacting you and to complete your booking.

    In the above cases your personal details will be used for these means.

    Third party disclosure

    We disclose your information to third parties (such as our London apartments) only to complete your booking with us and provide you with our services and for the processing of payment. Unless prohibited by law or our contractual obligations, we may disclose personal information if ordered by a court order, or as requested by a governmental or law enforcement agency.

    Circumstances may include: to maintain, perform or enforce contracts with our customers; to protect the rights or properties of London Holiday Studios, our business affiliates, customers or others. When we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is imperative to identify, contact or bring legal proceedings against someone who may be causing, threatening or damaging our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise; or when others could be affected by such actions.


    By disclosing your personal details to us via website or telephone you consent to that information being collected, stored and processed by London Holiday Studios in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

    Please note: There are surcharges for using credit cards. These terms are governed by PayPal (who we use for payment transactions) for more information please see there site.

    As the policies vary from each apartment provider guests receive their terms and conditions from the chosen apartment.

    An additional security deposit may be required for some apartments. This to cover against any breakage’s, damage to property or to cover extras like telephone charges. If applicable the apartment provider usually takes an imprint of your credit card details for security.

    Booking confirmation: 

    The booking is only confirmed and guaranteed when payment of deposit has been received.

    Cancellation and amendments: 

    To cancel your booking with London Holiday Studios you must do so via email or by contacting our office.
    Attempts to cancel via the apartment provider are not guaranteed to be processed.

    In the event of a cancellation after a booking has been confirmed we impose charges as laid out in the terms and conditions section on the website.

    In the very unlikely event that the apartment provider is unable to supply the booked accommodation it is their responsibility to find you an alternative apartment of the same specification with free transportation. London Holiday Studios will endeavour to assist with alternative accommodation subject to availablitly. London Holiday Studios is exempt from any liability due to the process of relocation as this is the responsibility of the apartment provider.

    Liability and indemnity:

    London Holiday Studios cannot be held liable or accept any responsibility for any dissatisfaction that the guest may have with the apartments, although we will do our  best to assist or relocate the guests if necessary.

    We reserve the right to amend prices or to change accomodation without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

    London Holiday Studios takes great care to ensure all information supplied on the website is up-to-date and accurate, however we can not guarantee its accuracy and therefore reserve the right to change this information at any time.

    Save in respect of liability for death or personal injury arising out of negligence or fraud we are not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongs including any consequential loss or damage incurred by the guest arising in contract or otherwise.
    Guests must report any loss or damage of their property and valuables to the management of the block in which the apartment is situated or by contacting house keeping. You must be able to assist with any reports made to the police.
    The majority of our serviced apartments have a safe on reception or inside the apartment to keep your valuables safe throughout your stay.

    Force Majeure

    We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense for any failure in the course of this contract due to a force majeure. This shall include without limitation any service which we or any of our suppliers could not provide due to war, any threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports or any unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond our control.
