All extensions are subject to availability. If a client wishes to check out earlier than the reserved departure date they must give at least 72 hours written notice otherwise no refund will be given. Any cancelled or amended bookings that were processed by credit card will not be refunded the credit card surcharge. Checking in Procedure Checking in is from 3pm and check out is 10:30am. Any variations to this will be subject to extra charge. Upon check in a photo identification and/or the credit card used to make the booking will be required. A pre-authorisation of a credit or debit card at check in of £200 will be required (no cash). All apartments are non smoking and any non adherence to this will be subject to one nights stay charged.
