This elegant Edwardian building facing a typical central London garden square, The Hans Classic One is between the first and second floors up a wide, gentle staircase that is easy to climb. The apartment is the only one on this level, so privacy is ensured and security too, with several security locks on the entrance door and an entry phone inside.

Entering the apartment, you will find a compact Lounge with a good size ‘L’ shape sofa, large enough for a child to sleep on and with a small, child-size mattress tucked away underneath. The sofa faces an ornate fireplace typical of the period the house was built. There is a large, flat screen TV with Freeview channels and Free WiFi throughout the apartment. A dining table and 3 chairs have also been provided, since the photographs of the apartment were taken. The apartment features dimmer switches throughout – so that you can set the light mood that you want.

The bedroom is similarly compact but contains a standard Double bed and a very large wardrobe with ample hanging and drawer space for all that you could possibly need, however, long your stay. Ample mirrors are provided. The bathroom, just across the hallway, has been completely modernised and is well provided with a bath tub and shower over.

The kitchen includes everything you need: oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. You will also find an excellent supply of saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glassware – basically everything that you need for a wonderful London stay with the independence that a serviced apartment gives you.
