Bayswater is a bustling area of London and is located next to Hyde Park. Its central location means you are only 5-minutes by tube to the west end and Oxford Street, which has an array of shops, boutique stores and designer outlets. Bayswater is renowned for its numerous good restaurants both on Queensway and Westbourne Grove; there are also many cafes, bars and good old traditional English pubs nearby. There are excellent shopping facilities along Queensway with Whiteleys Shopping Centre being a good local favourite. Bayswater is a great central location from which to explore all London has to offer.

What are reception opening hours? Reception is open between 8 am and midnight every day. What if I’m arriving late? If you expect to arrive after midnight, simply contact our reception team prior to your arrival, and they will be happy to provide you with the relevant codes for the main entrance and for the safety box where your keys will be stored. Should you have any difficulties entering the building please do not hesitate to contact our emergency contact telephone number, which you will find in our main door. How can I pay for my stay? We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, personal cheques (subject to clearance) and cash. Please note there is a 3% credit card charge. Is food and drink available on site? While we do not have a restaurant on site, several vending machines (hot/cold drinks and snacks) are available in our lobby. Rest assured that a number of fine restaurants and large food stores can be found in the local area. Will my apartment be serviced during my stay? Apartments are serviced once a week. Should you require a more frequent service, please contact reception and they will make the necessary arrangements. Please note that a fee will be applicable. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. Should you need extra linen and/or towels please contact our reception team - preferably during the morning while housekeeping is on site. Are laundry facilities available? Yes, we have a self-service laundry facility located on the third floor of the building. You will need £2 coins per wash and £1 for the dryer. We ask for the use of these facilities to be restricted between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm daily in order to respect occupants of the adjacent apartments. Please note that you will need to use your own washing powder and conditioner as we do not provide them. For guests that require a dry cleaning service, there are dry cleaners’ shops on Queensway that can provide next day service and delivery. What kitchen equipment is provided? As well as your microwave/oven, fridge freezer and ceramic hob, we provide plates, glasses, cutlery, a frying pan, a pot, a can and a bottle opener for your convenience. Do I need to bring a hairdryer? You are welcome to borrow a hairdryer from reception for the duration of your stay. There is a deposit charge of £20, which will be refunded in full when the hairdryer is returned. Should you bring your own, but require a plug adaptor, these are also available from reception (deposit £5). Do the apartments have Internet access? Yes, free wireless Internet access is available in our lobby, along with a computer for those not travelling with a laptop. Internet access is also available in your apartment, for additional cost. You will need an Internet cable, for which there is a deposit charge of £10 (refunded in full when the cable is returned). Just ask at reception for further details. Can I store luggage when I check out? Yes, we have a storage area and we will be happy to store your luggage for you. Please note that a small fee will be applicable. Are extra beds available for children? Children are more than welcome at our apartments; however there are a limited amount of rooms that can accommodate an extra bed, and there is unfortunately no capacity for cots. Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Please contact reception for more details on this policy. Do You Have Parking Facilities? Should you be arriving by car and need to park, you can use Queensway car park, situated at 26 Queensway, W2 3RX.. Please note that this 24-hour car park is inside the Congestion Charging Zone. We do not have air-conditioning in the rooms, but can provide fans to help guests keep cool. Please just ask for one at reception. Are pets allowed? Only service animals allowed for disable guests.
